This Field Service Engineer position will involve the maintenance and servicing of numerous types of equipment; from sputtering to equipment retrofits, de-install, move, installation and system commissioning.

Fantastic flexibility
Our Field Service Engineers are unfailingly responsive. You will be able to fulfil placements at short notice and work on the road for up to 40 weeks per year. We offer a flexible weekend working arrangement which offers you a greater choice of working days.
This is an immediate position available in a European fab for 2 or more weeks per month - depending on the Engineer’s preference - for a minimum of 18 months.
IES offer an attractive pay package competitive with the industry’s highest rates. The labour rate offered will be dependent on your skill levels. We provide hotel or apartment accommodation depending on the Engineer’s preference. IES pay for all airfares, provide a vehicle and cover fuel costs. We provide a per diem for food, refreshments and any other justifiable expenses.

Qualifications desired, but not essential (in a relevant field): Higher National Diploma (HND), Btec, Apprenticeship.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Word and Excel.

A flexible schedule
We pride ourselves on the responsiveness of our Field Service Engineer offering. As such, you will be able to travel at short notice and commit to as much as 30 to 40 weeks per year working on the road.
